It is one of the four major championships in men's professional golf and it is an annual golf tournament conducted by the PGA of America. The nickname of PGA golf championship is "Glory's last shot because it is the final major of golf season. It has been held at many venues. In 2011, it will be played at Atlanta Athletic Club-Highlands Course. The current format of the game is stroke play before this the format was match play. By winning in PGA golf championship, a player's career becomes more secure. The PGA golf championship winners are invited to play in the three majors one is U.S Open, the second is Masters and the third is Open Championship. A player should be a member of the recent Ryder Cup Teams. To play for PGA Championship, a player should be a winner of last five US Opens, last five Masters and last five Open Championships. The PGA of America has the rights to invite additional players.
